LICENSE AGREEMENT

The following is the license agreement for the software called PCWin Recovery. PCWin Recovery is copyrighted (c) 2008 - 2012, FrontierDG. No use of PCWin Recovery software (hereinafter referred as Software) is authorized and/or allowed unless you fully understand and agree to every and each statement of this license agreement.

WARNING

This Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this Software, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

LICENSES

FrontierDG grants to Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this Software based on your PCWin Recovery License purchase. Home License may be used by one registered user for use on registered user's home computers only. Professional (Pro) License may be used by registered user for any computer. Business License may be used employees of registered business for any businesses computers.

Resale or sublicensing is prohibited.

NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY YOU. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.

AUTHOR DOES NOT MAKE OR ASSUME ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). AUTHOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:

a. Modify parts of Software which were delivered without sources.

b. Decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
You must accept this agreement before you proceed with Software installation. By installing Software you agree to all terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to any statements of this agreement, you must immediately terminate the Software installation process or cease using Software if it's already installed.
